Plant Mode is an Australian wellness brand selling plant-based supplements, including our Collagen Booster. We are based in Australia and ship to Australian addresses only.

4. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping
We ship to Australian addresses only. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Plant Mode is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
6. Promotional Offers
Promotional offers, including free gifts with purchase (such as our limited-edition shaker), are available while stocks last. These offers cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products. Plant Mode reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if required.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
**Eligibility for a refund or return:**
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
**How to return:**
Contact us at support@plantmode.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.
