Refund Policy

At Plant Mode, we’re committed to creating plant-powered products that make you feel good inside and out.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened. However, if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

To request assistance, please email support@plantmode.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Change of Mind

As all Plant Mode products are made and sealed for freshness, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

Shipping Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived or was damaged during transit, please contact support@plantmode.com.au and we’ll help track or resolve it as quickly as possible.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date. Refunds are not available for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.
