At Plant Mode, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely, so you can start feeling your best.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During high-demand periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 days, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Australia (NSW / VIC / QLD):

Australia (WA / NT / TAS):

International:
We currently only accept orders within Australia.
However, we’re working hard to expand Plant Mode shipping internationally in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact support@plantmode.com.
We’ll assist in tracking the parcel and working with the courier to resolve any issues.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Plant Mode is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help if this happens.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@plantmode.com with photos of the parcel and contents. We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
